Tomer G
Tomer G is an Israeli DJ. Tomer G may have revealed one of the answers to this enigma. He remixed major artists all over the world, became one of the leading names of the DJ charts in both US and Europe's club industry, providing successful international pop and dance anthems & Billboard's Top Club Play remixes, as well as various productions in the stars of the Israeli local scene. He's the one behind it all. Tomer G, aka Tomer Glatt, has been making music since the age of 16. Born & raised in Israel, Tomer G has always had a genuine passion for music. He spent his youth divided between spinning records, listening to radio chart shows & spending most of his free time at local record shops. This was followed by his role as a DJ and then, the establishment of his own pop dance group. A group, which became the first Israeli dance act to break to the international market. With his band, "Insideout", Tomer G brought his talent for the first time, both as a producer & a performer, to the music industry. An album of "Insideout" has never been completed due to misunderstanding of interaction between its members. Then, after a few successful Insideout singles, Tomer G decided to start a new way, all by himself. While producing & remixing the biggest local Israeli performers (Rami Klainshtain, Nurit Galron, HFive and more), Tomer G remixing services had been used by some leading international artists such as leading Greek vocalist diva Anna Vissi (which is familiar to the international dance scene with her hit single: "Call Me" and represented Greece on the Eurovision Song Contest of 2006), pop dance producer Sash, Opera Phenomenon Emma Shapplin & more, providing them with top dance chart positions in their home territories. Meanwhile, never stops to create his original own tracks, Tomer G released his first international club single: "It Is Done!" under the name: Freaky's Fatal, released by German record label Undercover and Sony Music Entertainment. A few weeks later, Tomer G won his first Top10 German club chart hit. As if production & remixing weren't enough, around the first few months of the new millennium, Tomer G realized a new role: Dance/Pop label manager & International A&R for one of the major record companies in Israel: NMC Music, managing Jive Records, PIAS & Perfecto, Ministry Of Sound, Globalunderound, Black Hole, Star69 alongside with leading projects of Capitol Records & Sony Music Entertainment pop & dance repertoire. In addition, editing leading hits & club compilation albums, that topped the local sales charts. In 2003, his production efforts were duly rewarded. Tomer G started working with dance producer Raz Nitzan, one of the hottest names in the Dutch dance music industry. Tomer G produced a remix for Maxine, the vocalist of Dutch dance act Stuart & The Netherlands Eurovision winner, which not long after became one of number one DJ - Junior Vasquez most playlisted tracks: "Fuel To Fire". Junior was the first to discover the track and start the buzz all around the world. "I have always loved the NY club sounds, even though in Europe it very occasionally sounds touchable. It is a perfect mix of drama & power, yet it is warm, sensitive & full of feelings, this is the way I define my music". While "Fuel To Fire" received great chart position in Holland, it became one of the most requested white label records in the clubs of the big apple. The follow-up was phenomenal. Tomer G remade one of Kylie Minogue's biggest hits ever: "Confide In Me" and serviced it out to the club scene in a new package: "Confide In Me Seductive 2004 mixes". It only took a few weeks until Da hype around the track started. The track created a huge buzz in the charts all over the world, especially in Canada. The track was used to promote Kylies Greatest Hits album. The next step was SuperNatural. Tomer G's original single - the follow up to the massive "Fuel To Fire", which features, once again, the amazing vocalist "Maxine". The single charted on DJ charts across the land: NY, Canada, Miami and more & was became a massive club anthem in Israel as well. The remake of the track is a white mix, which samples the dance hit: "It's Gonna Be Alright", one of Tomer G's favorite tracks ever, preformed by Deep Zone in the late 90's. The Tomer G's brand continued growing when he produced a European remix for Israel representative of the Eurovision Song Contest of 2004, David Daor with the song "To Believe", and in the local scene as well when he produced a dance mix to Israel's leading pop youth princess - Roni. Then, in summer 2005, Tomer G was chosen to write and produce the official anthem of the biggest summer event in Israel: "The Red City". In this track, Tomer hosted female vocalist Maxine for the third time. The result was a smash: This original track topped the DJ charts in Israel that summer and was playlisted on daytime rotation. The story continued with remixes produced for Junior Vasquez Music. Gospel Diva - Vernessa Mitchell's massive club hit single: "Accept Me", which included Tomer G's remixes, has reached the ..1 spot on the Billboard club play. The follow up, was remixes for vocalist Jason Walker with the hit single: "No More" which became Billboard ..5. Then, Tomer remixed the hit single: "See Me Now" of Israeli artists Henree & Nikka which received great positions in the DJ charts in the US and in Israel as well. In 2006, Tomer started a whole new experience this time on TV. He was chosen to be the musical manager of the new TV show: "Nolad Lirkod" ("Born to Dance") which is basically the Israel version of the US TV hit: "So You Think You Can Dance". Tomer G edited and produced the music of all season. The show became No.1 on Israeli Television and was a huge success. Right after finishing the first season of the show, Tomer joined forces with Liz McClarnon, former member of Atomic Kitten, one of the most successful British girl groups of all time & her massive solo hit, the new version of the classic: "Woman In Love". While the mellow track hit the radio playlists all over the globe, Tomer G supplied the ultimate dancefloor solution: a commercial powerful floorfiller club mix and a radio cut of the same mix as a perfect alternative to the original, released by "All Around The World." In addition, Tomer G takes part in Nokia's music leader competition. This competition gives the opportunity of being the next star in electronic production. Participating as one of the judges in all phases of the competition, Tomer reviewed all the tracks, from the first day to the grand final It is now official - TOMER G NEW SUPERNATURAL SHOW is ready!
